Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after they are placed. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping methods & delivery time

We ship from our U.S. fulfillment center via trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Expedited options may be available at checkout.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order. We frequently offer free standard shipping promotions — see the banner at the top of the site for current offers.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package to your door.

Shipping locations

We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories where carrier service is available. We do not currently offer international shipping.
